BOMGOF Promotion Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “BOMGOF” promotion (“Promotion”) running from 14 December 2025 to 25 December 2025 (inclusive).

The Promotion is organised by Insomnia Gaming Limited (“the Organiser”).

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and by the standard Insomnia Event Terms & Conditions, available at: https://www.insomniagamingfestival.com/event-terms-conditions

1. Eligibility

.1. The Promotion is open to all customers who have purchased a valid BYOC LAN ticket for Insomnia 74 prior to 23:59 the day before each relevant draw date.
1.2. One entry is granted per valid BYOC LAN ticket purchased.
1.3. Entrants must meet all requirements for attending Insomnia 74 as set out in the Event Terms & Conditions.
1.4. Employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and contributors to Insomnia Gaming Limited or the Insomnia Gaming Festival are not eligible to enter.
1.5. Entry to the BYOC LAN at Insomnia 74 is restricted to participants aged 16 or over.

2. How to Enter

2.1. All eligible BYOC LAN ticket holders are automatically entered into the daily draw.
2.2. No additional action or purchase is required beyond holding a valid BYOC LAN ticket.
2.3. Entries do not roll over across multiple years or events.

3. Daily Draws

3.1. One winner will be selected per day between 14–25 December 2025, for a total of 12 winners.
3.2. Winners will be chosen using a secure random number generator matched against the Organiser’s ticket database.
3.3. Daily draws will take place within 24 hours of each entry deadline.

4. Prize

4.1. Each daily prize consists of one (1) complimentary BYOC LAN ticket of the same type and value as the winner’s original BYOC ticket (“Prize Ticket”).
4.2. The Prize Ticket includes all standard BYOC entitlements (e.g., seat picker access).
4.3. The Prize Ticket is intended to be gifted by the winner to a friend.
4.4. The Prize Ticket may not be:
  a) exchanged for cash;
  b) transferred for resale;
  c) used as a replacement for the winner’s own BYOC ticket.

5. Refunds and Fair Use

5.1. The Promotion is intended to allow winners to bring a friend to Insomnia 74.
5.2. If a winner cancels, refunds, or otherwise invalidates their originally purchased BYOC LAN ticket, the Organiser reserves the right to:
  a) invalidate the Prize Ticket, and/or
  b) withdraw the prize and select a new winner at the Organiser’s discretion.
5.3. Entrants are expected to participate in good faith and in the spirit of the Promotion.

6. Winner Notification

6.1. Winners will be contacted directly using the email address associated with their ticket purchase.
6.2. There is no time limit for winners to reply; however, prizes may not be redeemable after the event date.
6.3. All winners will be publicly announced on 25 December 2025 with permission of the winner.
6.4. The Organiser is not responsible for:
  a) emails going to spam/junk folders,
  b) incorrect contact information provided by the entrant.

7. Issuing the Prize

7.1. Prize Tickets will be sent electronically to the winner.
7.2. The winner may nominate a friend as the ticket holder; the Organiser may require confirmation of the friend's details.
7.3. Prize Tickets must be used for Insomnia 74 only and cannot be deferred.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal data will be used for the administration of this Promotion and for purposes related to attendance at Insomnia 74, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
8.3. No data will be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment or legal compliance.

9. General

9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion if necessary.
9.2. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
9.3. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for technical issues affecting entry or winner notification.
9.4. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
