Welcome to Insomnia’s new home! Our next chapter takes place at the Staffordshire County Showground, a brand-new venue built for bigger LANs, larger expos, and an even stronger community.
Getting here couldn’t be easier, whether you’re driving, taking the train, or catching our weekend coach service.
NEW VENUE, NEW CHAPTER
Set across 100 acres of Staffordshire countryside, the Showground houses all the infrastructure required for the perfect LAN, plus multiple exhibition halls, including the massive Bingley Hall, camping, and thousands of parking spots.
Located just 4 miles from Stafford and easily accessible by road, rail, and air, it’s the perfect canvas for a festival built for scale and feel.
TRAVEL BY CAR
Driving to Insomnia? You’re in luck, the Staffordshire County Showground is easy to reach by road and has thousands of free on-site parking spaces right next to the halls.
Just pop Staffordshire County Showground, ST18 0BD into your sat-nav and follow event signage on approach.
Whether you’re coming for the day or the full LAN weekend, parking is completely free for all visitors.
TRAVEL BY TRAIN
The nearest station to the Staffordshire County Showground is Stafford Railway Station, just 4 miles away.
At i74 we’ll also be running a dedicated coach service between Stafford Station, key hotels, and the Showground across the weekend, so getting here couldn’t be easier.

At i74 we’ll be running a coach service to-and-from central Stafford, with key stops at the train station and popular hotels.
